The MagFlux electromagnetic flow meters combine high accuracy, stability and low maintenance to deliver linear readings over a large range in pipe systems. With no moving parts, a straight through flow sensor and self-cleaning electrodes, the need for maintenance is virtually eliminated.

Easy to operate

Just enter the calibration code of the flow sensor, and MagFlux will start measuring the flow within seconds. The 5-line text display and easy-to-use intuitive menu structure allow MagFlux to display information in some available languages. Each display unit can operate and display up to four MagFlux units and can be mounted up to 1,000m (3,300 ft) from the sensors. USB connectivity ensures easy communication and updates using a PC in the field. In case things are not going according to plans, the built-in self-diagnosis with indication and logging of errors for alarms, events, exceptions and flow data transfer, will help aid the user in the right direction.

High accuracy even with slow flows

Readings accurate to 0.25% are provided for flow rates from as low as 0.2m/sec (0.6ft/sec) to as high as 10m/sec (30ft/sec). MagFlux can even detect when the pipe is empty, while the bidirectional sensors allow the flow direction to be set in the display following the installation. Automatic electrode cleaning as standard not only keeps your MagFlux accurate, but cuts maintenance time too.

The flexible choice

MagFlux sensors can be mounted together with the display unit as a compact installation, or separately for optimal placement of multiple sensors. The sensor can even withstand submersion to a depth of 10m (30ft). With a wide range of available sizes, from DN20-1200, 3/4’’- 48’’, network capabilities (Modbus/Profibus) and a comprehensive range of accessories, MagFlux is the ideal choice for flow measurement in any installation.
