Recovery of thermal energy for machines and ranges with high energy consumption (e.g. stenter in textile)

KAPrec segment-heatexchanger

Function:

- the hot exhaust air from the machine heats up the segment-heatexchanger

- clean, fresh air passes through the segments in counterflow. The large exchanger surface of the segments results in a maximum preheating of the fresh air.

- the heated fresh air is directly passing into the stenter compartment

- depending on the temperatures of the exhaust air a saving of up to 30% of thermal energy is possible.
