The circulating ventilator-drive motors developed by us for heat annealing and tempering plants are specially assigned to the areas of application. The motors can be delivered for speed control, which makes the usage in modern process control systems possible. Depending on line of production and area of application we are able to deliver the motors with gasproof shaft seals, with gasproof metal protection or completely pressure-sealed respectively vacuumtight. These variable sealings will prevent noxious exhalations during the tempering processes and will effect optimal convections at the tempered objects.

The circulating ventilator-drive motors are exclusively flange motors. The pick up of the specific impellers, the shaft diameters, the reinforced bearings with special greasing and the shaft material facing the oven are adapted to the thermal stresses and the harsh operating conditions. Non-magnetizable, heat-resistant shaft material is welded with magnetic material inside the motor and given corresponding after-treatment. The rotor is dynamically balanced with half feather key according to DIN ISO 8821 and labeled.
